Tree Appraisals & Valuations – Expert Witness and Litigation
Our ISA Board Certified Master Arborist (BCMA) is trained and qualified to appraise the value of your tree(s). This service may be beneficial if you are appraising your property’s value or had a tree wrongly removed or damaged due to negligence of another party. We also provide expert witness services, on retention, or provide oversight on projects requiring an ISA BCMA.
Tree Risk Assessment Qualified – TRAQ
Large, mature trees add significant market value to your property. Our specialists are trained and qualified through the International Society of Arboriculture to assess tree risk using our industry’s standard and systematic process. A variety of tools may be utilized while conducting this assessment, including a resistograph, which helps to identify potential areas of decay and cavities within the tree. With this service, a report will be provided communicating information of significance allowing informed decisions to be made towards the management of your trees, prioritizing safety to people and property, as well as, maximizing the benefits, health and longevity of your trees.
Tree Inventory & Assessment
Many municipalities require a tree inventory and assessment prior to construction projects. Our specialists will conduct this for you by tagging each individual tree and providing a report indicating tree species, size and condition. We can also customize the inventory specific to whatever your needs may be.
Public Education & Outreach
Our ISA Board Certified Master Arborist is available to provide educational or outreach presentations on topics relating to arboriculture.
