What a great event this past weekend at the Salt Creek Forest Preserve in Wood Dale! Congratulations to all of the climbers that participated. Our very own, Todd Kramer, Director of Field Operations and seven time Illinois Arborist Association Tree Climbing Champion, came away with his 8th Championship title!
With this win, Todd has punched his ticket to compete in the International Tree Climbing Championship in Sydney, Australia this coming July! In addition, two other competitors from Kramer Tree Specialists, Jason Diehl and Rob Kraker, finished in the top five, 2nd and 5th places respectively. All in all, KTS retained the ComEd Corporate Cup for the second year in a row!
The event was a huge success for all including the lunch we provided to raise funds for the Tree Fund. Thanks to all the volunteers who helped with the lunch!
