Will you contract with a tree company this year for tree pruning, tree removal or treatment services? If so, it’s critical that the tree company you hire to do work at your home or property is properly insured. This includes both liability and workers compensation coverage. Without this protection, the homeowner is left vulnerable if an accident or injury occurs while the uninsured tree company is on the property. This could be a very costly error for the homeowner. Tree work is risky if not performed with safety as a top priority for both the tree crew and the homeowner.

Feel free to ask for proof of insurance before contracting with any tree care company. A reputable tree company is able to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI). Click here for more information on how to read a COI.

Protect yourself and your property from potential problems by hiring a tree company committed to safety and completely qualified to handle all your tree care needs. As always, Kramer Tree Specialists is properly insured and will provide a current COI upon your request.

I will use the things I learned here for an easier life when deciding what to do next time. You answered some important questions for me. Thanks!
