
Want to know more about the long term effects on trees and shrubs from recent droughts experienced in the area? Harold Hoover, Board Certified Master Arborist with Kramer Tree Specialists, will speak on Thursday, March 14th at the Little School Museum in Oswego. Hilltop Gardeners, the local Garden Club in Oswego, is hosting the presentation. The event begins at 9am, with Harold Hoover’s presentation beginning at 10am. Mr. Hoover will describe drought characteristics that are found on area trees and shrubs, the long term and short term effects of the drought and how it can be minimized.
